Frequently Asked Questions

Where is your PR agency located?

We’re all about that remote life, baby! We’re a national boutique PR agency with team members in Atlanta, Charleston, Los Angeles, and Austin (and growing). While we thrive as a remote PR team (and love the diverse perspectives it provides), we also love hopping on planes for client launches, media dinners, and industry events. We believe face time and client meet-and-greets make for stronger campaigns — and more authentic pitching that feels like introducing friends.

What industries do you specialize in?

We specialize in PR for CPG brands, food & beverage companies, lifestyle PR, wellness PR, and celebrity brand PR. Our deepest expertise lies in food and beverage PR — from taking startups into national retailers to securing household-name media placements. We’ve also run campaigns for lifestyle and wellness products, celebrity ventures, and even “unsexy” industries like incontinence care and senior medical equipment (including a placement in Vogue for the latter).

Do you work with CPG startups, food & beverage brands, or only established companies?

Both! We work with emerging CPG startups ready to grow their visibility and established consumer brands looking to scale into cult-favorite status. If you’ve already got traction, we’ll help you amplify it — blending PR, affiliate marketing, influencer strategy, and celebrity seeding so your brand gets the spotlight it deserves.

What makes you different from other PR agencies for consumer brands?

We’re boutique by design, which means you never get lost in layers of junior staff. Every account team member brings 10+ years of PR experience and real media relationships. We lead with connection — with your audience, with journalists and editors, and with tastemakers who shape culture.

Because of our entertainment background, we merge celebrity and product PR seamlessly. Beyond traditional placements, we also run influencer and celebrity seeding campaigns, leveraging personal industry relationships to get your product into the right hands at the right time.

Do you only do PR?

PR is our foundation, but we also run affiliate marketing and influencer campaigns that extend beyond press hits. From affiliate PR strategies that drive clicks and conversions to celebrity seeding campaigns that put your product in the hands of cultural influencers, we make sure coverage builds both buzz and consumer demand.

What kind of PR results can I expect for my brand?

Every brand and campaign is different — and PR isn’t about overnight wins. What we can share is the kind of success we’ve had for brands like yours.

We’ve helped CPG startups, food & beverage companies, lifestyle brands, wellness products, and celebrity ventures secure coverage in outlets such as Vogue, Forbes, TODAY, GMA, Good Housekeeping, Refinery29, BuzzFeed, and Women’s Health.

Some of our strongest campaigns have taken six months to a year of consistent storytelling, product seeding, and relationship building — but the payoff has been viral product moments, cult-favorite brand status, and press coverage that helped secure retail expansion and investor attention.

Instead of promising headlines, we focus on the process that delivers them: smart strategy, the right connections, and relentless execution. Be sure to follow us on social media to see some our most recent press wins!

I was burned by another PR agency that didn’t deliver results. How do I know this will be different?

We hate hearing stories like these — and our goal is to restore your confidence in PR by delivering tangible value every step of the way.

  • Progress you can see: If we’re requesting samples, securing interviews, or asking for quotes, press is in motion.

  • Partnership matters: When samples go out quickly and interviews are prioritized, coverage happens faster.

  • Relationships drive results: We’ve built trust with editors, journalists, and influencers — and we protect those relationships by pitching strategically, not spamming.

Our promise is simple: we’ll hustle hard, strategize smart, and champion your brand with the same passion we’d bring to our own.

How long does PR take to get media coverage for my brand?

We understand you want coverage fast — but unfortunately, PR isn’t a magic button, it’s a long game. You don’t expect a social media agency to get you one million followers overnight, and PR works the same way. Sure, you could buy followers, but we both know what that does to your engagement and the community you’re working so hard to cultivate.

Transparency in progress: If we’re requesting samples, interviews, or quotes, press is already in motion. Most lead times range from 60 to 120 days, especially for top outlets (even for some paid branded content campaigns).

Here’s the industry standard:

  • Magazines (print): 3–6 months out

  • Digital outlets: 6–12 weeks

  • Broadcast/TV: often weeks to schedule

  • Podcasts: Typically weeks; however, some podcasts are recorded months before airing

That’s why we require at least a 6-month minimum campaign — to give your brand the runway for consistent, meaningful results. The best PR campaigns often take a year or more — but the momentum and credibility they build are worth it.

How is PR pricing structured?

Our pricing is based on scope and goals — no cookie-cutter retainers here. Some brands need full-scale PR campaigns with media relations, affiliate marketing, and influencer strategy, while others bring us in for project-based PR like product launches or seasonal campaigns. What matters most is building a scope that supports your growth and delivers results that matter.

Do you take on every brand that reaches out?

Nope — and that’s intentional. We only partner with brands we genuinely believe in — products we’d buy, recommend, and proudly pitch. That’s why journalists and influencers trust our outreach: when we send a story, they know it’s worth covering.

We also want our clients to know they have our full attention. By being selective, we can go all-in for the brands we represent — making sure you feel supported, championed, and never like just another name on a roster.
